I've been teaching for 21 years and I LOVE working with kids!
Along with teaching private music lessons, I have also spent some time working as a substitute teacher for K-8 grades, and I have worked as a speech therapy assistant.
I have spent years volunteering in community group singing time for preschool and elementary age children. When my kids were young, I ran a home-based, small, but very hands-on, supplemental preschool.
I love to make learning music fun!
I have a Masters Degree in Music History with a Performance emphasis, as well as a BA in Vocal Performance from the University of Utah.
I also love being a mom of two (three if you count my puppy!), and I enjoy home cooking, gardening, herbs, hiking, fishing, camping, boating and spending time with both my immediate family and my ridiculously large extended family.
At the end of the day, I want to help kids fall in love with making music.
Hi! I'm Ms. Brianne...
I am so excited to be the Assistant Coach in the Invicta Kids program!
I have been taking voice lessons for 10 years and I have been coaching Invicta Kids, voice lessons, performance and songwriting at Invicta Vox for 3 years.
I'm a singer, songwriter and recording artist. I released a Christmas Single in 2021, and I am currently working on producing my first EP.
Singing and making music is my passion, and I love teaching kids the power of music.
I have a ton of choral experience. Working with groups in music and singing is my jam! In 2018, I was the New York City – World Strides Choir Tour Maestro Award Winner.
I have also loved singing the National Anthem at the Salt Lake City Bee’s games and Utah Jazz games.
When I'm not making music, I enjoy baking, camping and spending time in the great outdoors.
Music is the fuel in my life, and I want to share that with others.

"Absolutely loved Invicta Kids. One day a week and my daughter learned music theory, wrote her own songs, and had performing experience. The performances were so entertaining and never lasted longer than an hour, which for us with multiple kids worked out wonderfully. Definitely recommend if your kids express interest in singing, song writing or performing."
- MADISON HUNTSMAN, Invicta Kids Mom
"I liked the singing, and writing my own melodies and words. We wrote silly stuff sometimes and it made the parents laugh."
- CHARLIE, Invicta Kid Age 6
"I really like Invicta Kids! The things I like to do the most are play music twister and write songs. My favorite performances are the Halloween and Christmas Showcases, because I get to sing for my parents and family, and it's really fun! Another thing that I like are my two singing coaches, Ms. Meladee and Ms. Bri."
